Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy defines the dispatch procedures, transit timelines, and customs protocols for all retail and wholesale orders placed with Drakx Vape. By maintaining direct control over our logistics network—from our manufacturing base to our European distribution hubs—we ensure predictable and secure fulfillment for our clients.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment clearance. During peak commercial seasons or statutory holidays, processing may require an additional 24 hours. Our logistics team will notify you promptly if any irregular delays affect your dispatch schedule.

Warehouse Locations & Transit Times

Drakx Vape operates a dual-dispatch system to accommodate both immediate local demand and high-volume wholesale requirements. Estimated transit times depend on the dispatch origin:

  • EU Local Warehouses (2–6 Business Days): To serve our core European markets (including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, the Netherlands, and Sweden), we maintain physical stock in our Germany, Belgium, and France warehouses. Consignments dispatched from these locations are delivered within 2 to 6 business days.

  • Factory-Direct Dispatch (12–14 Business Days): For specific high-volume B2B orders or items dispatched directly from our primary manufacturing facility in China, packages are handed over to international freight carriers within 48 hours. The door-to-door transit time for these shipments is highly stable, typically taking 12 to 14 business days.

Customs, Import Duties & DDP Shipping

We utilise DDP (Vámfizetéssel Szállított) shipping terms for deliveries to the European Union and Australia.

Under the DDP framework, Drakx Vape absorbs all customs clearance responsibilities, import taxes, and duties prior to final delivery. Whether your order is transported via DHL, DPD (for Europe), or Australia Post (for Australia), the price you pay at checkout is final. You will not face hidden customs invoices or release fees upon arrival.

    Consignment Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment via:

    • 17 SÁV

    • DHL

    • DPD

Important Note for Factory-Direct Orders: For consignments originating from our China facility, local European tracking networks (such as DHL/DPD) will only update after the bulk shipment has completed export transit and cleared EU customs (typically 5 to 7 days post-dispatch).

      Delivery Exceptions & Guaranteed Fulfillment

Accurate delivery depends on correct shipping data. Additional freight charges or delays resulting from incorrect addresses, recipient refusal, or local remote-area surcharges are the responsibility of the buyer. (If your location qualifies as a remote area, our team will contact you prior to dispatch).

Delivery Guarantee: We stand entirely behind our logistics network. In the rare event that a consignment is confirmed permanently lost in transit, severely damaged, or detained due to customs routing errors, Drakx Vape assumes full responsibility. We will execute a free replacement shipment to ensure you receive your goods.

      Contact Logistics Support
