Package shipped from European warehouse: It will arrive in 2-6 days.

The package was shipped from China and will arrive in 10-14 days.

We will arrange for each package to be delivered as quickly as possible.

We will handle the customs clearance for your package and will not charge any taxes or fees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (war, severe weather), we will resend the package until you receive it.

1.If the package has not been sent, we can make changes.

2.if the package has already been sent, changes are not possible.

You can ask me for the tracking code: the data will be updated on 17track.com or the (DPD/DHL) logistics company’s website after the package passes through customs.

Please let me know the correct address as soon as possible. The package will be returned to the overseas warehouse and redelivered, but there will be an additional redelivery fee of 50 euros.

Our products are mainly for the European market. If you are from another country (or if you cannot place an order from a European country), please contact me and I will provide you with a new price.

Your order quantity of 1-15 boxes (10-150 pieces) will be delivered in one package; if it exceeds 15 boxes (150 pieces), it will be delivered in two packages.
