FAQ

• Orders of 1 to 15 display boxes (10 to 150 vapes) will be delivered in one single package.

• If your order is more than 15 display boxes (over 150 vapes), it will be split and delivered in two packages.

No. We handle all the customs clearance for your package. You will not be charged any extra taxes or hidden fees. If anything unexpected happens (like severe weather or major delays) and the package is lost, we will simply resend a new one until you receive it.

You can ask us for your tracking code. You can track it on 17track.com, or directly on the DPD or DHL websites. Please note: the tracking data usually updates only after the package has passed through European customs.

It depends on where your items are shipped from:

• European Warehouses: Packages shipped from our local EU warehouses usually arrive in 2 to 6 days.

• China Warehouse: Packages shipped directly from our factory in China take about 10 to 14 days to arrive. We always arrange and send out every package as quickly as possible.

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

• If your package hasn’t been sent yet, we can easily make the changes for you.

• If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes.

Please let us know the correct address as soon as possible. If the package is already in transit and gets returned to our overseas warehouse due to the wrong address, we can resend it to you. However, there will be an extra €50 redelivery fee.

Our products are mainly for the European market. If you are from another country, or if you find you cannot place an order from your location, please contact us. We can arrange shipping and give you a new price quote.
